Just my 2 cents but I always go conservative in my estimates and run an analysis of what needs fixing and how long it will last - heating systems, hw heater, roof, appliances, carpet/flooring, plumbing fixtures etc

@Stephen Neto Drug use, tenants moving people in and out, paying rent when they feel like it, etc.. are all hallmarks of owning rentals in low income areas.

I have a new flip coming up and for the sake of keeping things simple, keeping costs down and better interior aesthetics I'd like to go with a central air and heat system INSTEAD of a hydronic baseboard system and a central air unit.The question I have is, do buyers care about forced air heat?
