I am told they have a new property management team, i am thinking if i get no further leads i might return to them for management.

Any leads regarding economical structural engineer, soil testing  and foundation work would be much appreciated.

I was a project lead on residential remodels but recently moved to a job in commercial construction to free up some mental bandwidth to be used for my own endeavors.
