That has been a debacle, and I agree that there is probably a lawsuit in there somewhere, whether against Starcity (now Common) for misrepresentations to Equity Multiple or against Equity Multiple for its breach of fiduciary duty.

I don't want to get someone angry and end up with a lawsuit; but on the other hand I really want to start mining for deals in SC.

It was a foreclosure (basically one of the last to clear before the pandemic) and I was very excited that it had an awesome mother-in-law suite in the back yard that included a kitchen and bathroom.

I have be having serious doubts now because I do not want to have issues selling the house such as it not matching county records, buyers having issues obtaining financing or potential lawsuit.

Who knows how long the lawsuit will take.
