Hi,In a house I recently bought, gutters were all rotten so water had not been really going away from the house, creating low laying areas (photo below) and water puddles near the foundation wall when it rains.

If you get into a car accident, they can only sue you for damages and if they win the judgement, then you don't want to them to take the investment properties --- they aren't yours, they are owned by the LLC.Hope that helps.

It would be an incredibly great place to live but of course it’s kept off the market for any of the 5 million people who live here because of this str bullsh-t. i remember back during hurricane beta last year when our power went out and it was raining and 100 degrees and we couldn’t stay in our place for the night—my husband rented us one of those units.

The triplex was renting out with no major issues for about three months and then the island got hit with some serious weather, which exposed some leaks in the roof, I would like to get the roof fixed before the next rain season starts; so I would like to know if their any programs or grants available for people that are renting to housing assistance programs to assist with home repairs etc.Thanks Duane
