I'd say the neighborhood is a B - range, and in a city that has lately been having tons of tourists attractions built (this is South Florida after all!)

With low prices and high rents, the inventory is very low so the deals are hard to come by right now.  

Trying to get a pulse on how NPL investors are using leverage for portfolio's ranging from $1mm - to $10mm. 

However, the wholesalers that I have talked to have very limited inventory 1-7 properties max.I do have a full time job and I am not sure I can do wholesaling yet.

We are looking for properties in the 150-200k range.

Are they worth looking into for our price range?

Not a great deal of inventory at the moment, at least in the areas we've been looking (Medford, Malden, Melrose, Wakefield, Stoneham, Woburn).

I was thinking somewhere in the range of about 10K like I said... then once discussions went further it seemed like things changed.
