I have Comcast for my TV, Internet & Phone services and they allow you to add up to I believe 4 additional phone numbers at no extra cost..

I then pay off the utilities and internet using my personal credit card and then I write myself a check from my business account equal to 2/3 of the utilities and internet.

All you need is some investor saying you don't need on, making a mistake, then finding in an eviction case you can't go forward because you got your answer off an internet forum.Not that anyone would make that mistake, LOLIf you form a business entity, you'll be dealing with the Sec. of State.Always good to check with building regulations, some areas require occupancy permits prior to a lease.
