As far as running a business, would an LLC be enough to cover the whole property, or would it make more sense to structure it in a way that was separate from the residential.This question is just off the top of my head as I just came across the lead, and am going to look into it more. any ideas would be appreciated.

I think learning more about markets and where things are headed is one of the things I need to really improve on.

Personally, I think we are heading into a decade of high inflation and the only way the Feds can cut inflation is by hiking interest rates.

Then I moved out to the east coast Hilton head island for a year, then I moved to Southern California and have been living outside San Diego for the last 20 years!

I’m looking to meet up with some people in my area and network/ hang with people that are successful or heading that way!
