That'd be the ideal scenario.

But the lot itself would be ideal for about 50 storage units, maybe even 100 if the demand is there. 

Maybe wait a bit till you find the ideal rental or whatever, but that's quite a nice profit. 

Purchase whatever home you want that fits into you being very comfortable financially to do so!

Don’t jump in without knowing for sure you can get the long term financing in place, or you might be forced to sell in less that ideal conditions.

I'll add this is a Baltimore single family home that would ideally be rented to 4 different individuals, who would share the living space, near Johns Hopkins University.

Anyone that's deploying needs to give a general (or preferably a durable) POA to someone anyway, ideally a spouse, parent, or sibling.
