Hey BP fam, ok so i have come to the conclusion that i need to be taking other action steps in real estate while i'm building my credit so i have decided to give wholesaling a shot so my question being does anyone know of anybody in the Chattanooga TN area already in the wholesaling field that wouldn't mind  grabbing a cup of coffee or sharing some helpful tips over email.

Any tips on how to go about making an offer on a home to a seller, should I go based off the tax assessed value or market value ?

Any tips on best practices when shopping around for rental properties in Florida?

Since this will be my first deal, I'm looking for any advice and tips on what I should be doing before and after I connect with the seller, to make things go smoothly in case I get a bite! 

Participating in my first city tax auction next week.Any general tips?

We are offering a tenant a hotel room due to no water.

I put the entire design & development teams together, get all city approvals and then manage construction of high-rise residential buildings, hotels - and recently even industrial - ground up projects.On the side (much more than a hobby at this point) I am investing with my super talented partner and brother from a different mother @avihay ohana (also a BP pro member) in the Charlotte, NC area.     

Any tips?
