Hello Experts - I am ready to purchase my first single-family home this year.

For example, if 3/1 in an area typically sell for $200k per home are their any listed at $150k or below because they need work/rehab?

And many investors have paused their buying so I’m seeing less competition and able to make low ball offers to secure these homes.

The home is in the name of his dead brother and he doesn't have a will supporting he is the owner. 

Can a person own two homes with two VA loans and refinance one of the homes  into a conventional loan freeing up some of the entitlement which would enable you to buy a 3rd home under the VA loan?

I'm not quite there on my current home, but looking for another property to purchase, hopefully within the year.

I currently have a SFH which is under VA home loan which I got for $281,500 in California.

If it was a $500k home that needed $150k repairs and would be worth $800k-900k ok makes sense, if its a $30k home needing $100k in repairs to be worth $150k then absolutely not.One thing to point out, who did the framing in that basement? 

If he is moving to another home and WILL LIVE THERE.
