I recently bought a house in plano.I had a done inspection and found that the Upstairs AC was not cooling.I reported this to my realtor and asked sellers to repair it.Sellers never repaired the issue completely (they just did quick fix by adding refrigerant) but upon further inspection found compressor was leaking and had coil issues.I followed up with my realtor multiple times to get it fixed from sellers she did not followed up consistently.Sellers realtor is saying she does'nt represent property as it is sold and closed.What are my options here shall i report them to TREC?

She was very responsive before up until we signed the lease and then mostly have been unreachable after that.Right now the HVAC is not functioning properly and we're not getting any heat.
