I also thought of just installing 1 electric baseboard in the living room (instead of the whole house) along with the new boiler, but thought it would probably need a lot of electrical work to make it usable, as well as removing the old radiator an closing the pipe loop afterwards?

Make sure you don't pay container/dump prices for trash removal (clean outs of household and yard trash).

The value of the exterior cameras for me was primary to make sure snow removal and other maintenance tasks were being done properly since I managed remotely.

Saying “cleaning fees were built into his revenue numbers”....does that means he is deducting cleaning before providing you the revenue numbers (in which case for our purposes cleaning cost is $0 as it has already been removed)?
