I would like to get a sense of what the Boston-area market looks like from the perspective of a new entrant who has no deal experience and is probably standing on a smaller capital base than most other investors in the market - a market that is probably priced higher than most other cities mentioned most frequently on BP podcasts.

To clarify, there is no neighborhood or area that has those characteristics.

I don't have anything further to offer on that brokerage other than what I've heard and they frequently make tops lists.
