It took me 2 months and vetting nearly 100 prospects to finally find a decent tenant.

Just made my first offer on a two for one. Main house with and extra house on an extra lot with it's own address. I think it was a good deal.

My wife and I are finally getting ready to purchase our first property.  

We did it ourselves for awhile, but finally hired a good cleaner. 

I am finally ready to jump into real estate investing as I have been saving up for the last couple of years to do so.

I am at a place in life finally where I can devote the time needed to learn.

I lost touch for a little while but I finally have a good sum of money to put down on my first house.

Background ....I have the opportunity to finally purchase my next home and convert my existing into a SFR.

I’m looking for some direction and have watched a ton of BiggerPockets YouTube videos and even read David Greene’s BRRRR book, so I figured what better place to get some direction and finally build some relationships than here! 

And then I got the real estate bug when I read “Rich Dad Poor Dad”, It was like I was asleep all those years and I finally woke up!
