While she’d likely rent for the first year to test the waters before committing to a new homestead, she wants to pay down her current debts immediately, produce some cash to cover moving expenses, and maximize her purchasing capabilities by the time she’s ready to purchase after that first year.

Along the way as you listen to podcasts, you will most likely find the niche and strategy (thing to do/where to start) that resonates with you meaning your interest, financial capabilities etc. 

They can say you knew, and you now have to fight them that your did not know and do not need to cover their expenses.  

If she starts talking about "withholding" rent, you'll know you have a fight on your hands.

That is because her and the downstairs tenant (who has rented for >15 years) have been fighting non-stop over noise issues.

You have created a process where you never overspend on a renovation, and you have good, qualified contractors that are fighting to work on your renovation.

Next thing for me to ask is what do I look for in my Tenant to show that they are capable of going through with it?

So my question is when you hire a VA to do these services should you expect them to have the capability already and what business expenses should i be prepared to cover?
