From the research I've done the first 2 units should be able to collect at least $1500-$1650, the third floor can collect at least $1400-$1500, and the basement unit can get $1200-$1350.

That beings said, *most* of the time sellers will just sign the extension addendum in good faith if a clear closing date is in sight as they are more likely to close sooner with you still than relisting it, hoping for a better offer after it publicly says the deal fell through, etc.
