After doing this exercise of breaking yourself down to the basics you realize what money really is and the fear of losing is goes away.For me I can lose my job and go bankrupt and still be able to provide the basics for my family.That is how I got over the fear you are experiencing.I hope that helps!!!

The main reason I see people transferring from an LLC back to their personal names are (1) beneficial residential mortgage rates and (2) banks exercising the Due on Sale Clause. 

@Paige Hill since you are using a management company, ask them for a sample monthly statement and see what you want to track, and how. 

Are they localare they licensedhow much experience do they have do they have contractors and handymenany extra service fees id want to see a sample of a yearly report  

Simply ask management to send you a copy of your ledger for the last 6 months (or ask your lender how many payments they want to see) so you don't have to go through this exercise twice. 

Is there anywhere I can go to look sample contracts of how people make these types of arrangements, what types of things need to be negotiated etc.
