I typically see a turn around play that costs around 15-20k per unit in this market, and with that money we can get a nice product that has pretty much everything done on it from the windows, roof, electrical some plumbing all the way to the kitchens and baths.

It is typically better to have the heating unit to be electric because tenants tend to make sure to pay the electric bill because they don't want to lose lights, etc...
