Am I dreaming?

Although the public sentiment still seems to be gloomy on Atlantic City with new casinos popping up all over NJ and PA, we think there is and will continue to be a large enough volume of visiting beach/casino goers and local job base to support AC surviving.

The neighborhood is getting a lot better than 10 year ago and 90% of our tenants are hard working blue collar Spanish families who couldn't afford in better neighborhoods but enjoy abundance of job opportunities in the city. 

Certainly when I've had jobs that paid every two weeks vs. twice a month that is EXACTLY how they did the math. 

Not much of a career to speak on, just jobs to pay bills.

I have a good bit of money in the SDIRA and a regular IRA i have trying to figure out a way to retire now i am 56 and just got let go from my job.

18.....Aside from that learn and save up money now if you can get a part time job so when you hit 18 you'll have the knowledge and capital to hopefully get into it.

I just recently left a good stable job for a job that appeared to be an opportunity for professional growth.

On top of this I have a decent paying job that is also producing enough where even if I didn't have that 250k I think I could start with something smaller, maybe even partnering with a friend who's similarly interested in getting into real estate.
