Either way, your solution is quite simple....pay the fees so the seller can walk away with the amount he was expecting.  

The cool thing about Avail is that it will ask you which state is this lease for, and it will create the lease according to the laws of that state.But you can always tailor/customize it to meet your needs. 

I work in banking and if I operated that way and told my customers what the rate and fees were the day of closing I would not be employed for very long!
