I’ve gotten a commercial fuel rate which I’m passing along to all my tenants whether they have propane or oil accounts as well as for the accounts I still pay for myself.

Just with those basic daily tasks you are down to about 6 hours a day to  relax, poop, cook, shop, clean, spend time with friends and loved ones.

And even some failures. you want to partner in with someone who isn't going to sell snake oil-- but rather have real world experience. 

I look at every multi that comes on the market every day in the 4 counties in DFW and now six counties as I have had to expand north for my clients so recently added Cooke and Grayson.Very few properties, less than 1/2 makes sense financially, but still people buy them. 

Interestingly enough they have been tied very closely to the oil industry in the past.
