A call center type approach is very impersonal which probably works fine for large complexes but I don't imagine it would be as appealing to tenants in small multis or SFRs.

I'm now renting in Chandler, which I think is actually nicer than Rancho, but am at $1000 a month, in a complex with the same # units and better amenities.
