I have great relationships with him, referring other clients, and he always shows me how to do it right way, and I already did multiple things by myself - making window screens, painting of 8 interior doors in 2 days, hardware for kitchen cabinets, replacing bathroom faucets etc.

As I tell my clients, fall in love with the numbers not the property.You can do this.

Mail can pile up at your office that you rarely go to but email is your lifeline with your clients, contractors, and affiliates.  

But of course, you limit the pool of potential clients.

-Do you provide in house property management  (I would highly discourage you from buying from any turnkey company that does not provide in house property management)-What are your client's typical returns (cash on cash, ROI etc...)

I have a client that moved so slow on the first deal that they ultimately lost that one. 

Newer to renting, just finished my first brrrr and listed it for rent, I’ve got an offer from temporary accommodations for a 6 mo lease for clients that need a house.

We had a sales agent here in NH who lost a discrimination case to a predatory client because he observed that one of the properties they viewed didn't have a backyard for the client's child to play in.
