And then some of the odd actions taken, which appear as smoke screens, like the fed's instituting a new way to calculate CPI that does not factor in 1/2 of the true mass market factors, so to appear that there is little to no inflation.

I have never sat down and calculated a hard percentage, but I would say I'm right around 50%.The returns I'm earning from real estate are far greater than anything in the stock market.

Your not looking for these tenants to be a tenant/buyer, your looking for them to produce cash flow and your betting that the property value will increase during your option contract.
