It was secure by a commercial building (owner occupied ) in an excellent location.  

There's four 1 bedroom/1bath in the main building and a garage apartment with a 1/1.I know fha 203k is only for 4 units.

After the tenant’s year lease is up, I plan to move out and rent the entire building.

We also have had a longer runway to build out a product that is robust for a smooth experience while having a large enough support team around you to ensure you are quickly helped. 

They were issues that did not meet building codes everywhere.

The nicer, newer buildings aren't anywhere close to 82% Something is wacko.

I'm an investor in the making, I'm trying to build my marketing materials and I'm having a hard time thinking of what to put on my credibility packet. 

They are easy to build and customizable.
