You can purchase replacement cement board tiles for any broken asbestos tiles.

I finally got a chance to go see the inside of the house, from what I seen it needs some minor cleaning / repairs done (paint, carpet, broken mirror on closet door, wood floor cleaning).

One of my tenants called that there was a broken window at the property and wanted me to fix it.

It doesn't take into account future general maintenance like holes in the walls a broken sink or anything like that though.
