I was initially still in the mindset that Detroit might be a little too high risk, but it actually seems the economy there is on the mend, and I think this new revenue stream will certainly help boost it even further.

While this certainly would have been a major boost to the Austin economy and a boon to many involved in Austin real estate, the area economy is already incredibly strong without HQ2, and we are all familiar with the already extremely low housing inventory, especially in the more "affordable" price bands.

Even if we do have a crash (defined as 20% or more), well that's just going to put us back to Feb 2021 prices....I am invested in assets, heavily, and so inflation is going to boost my asset prices (historically speaking), but the folks at the bottom and middle class that are seeing prices of everyday items increase while their pay stays the same....they are going to be HURTING and I think about them a lot because it SUCKS.....but hey, at least the powers that be got to hand out a ton of money and show us all how they are helping....
