Some clients have structured their real estate investments such that they receive a management fee for properties owned.

Although there is no regulatory requirement that you consult with your Transaction Reviewer periodically, it is nonetheless a regulatory requirement of the structure, and not an option.Does anyone have any experience with this?

They tore out all carpet, all cabinets are destroyed, the bathroom is sagging due to them letting toliet clog and over flow.

I’m doing the light weight work and restoration details, structural issues and the roof are being handled through a contractor out of the construction loan.  

Roaches were EVERYWHERE-- in the dryer, in the washer, cabinets, bathroom,  in the freezer, roach poop in all the new cabinets, in every cubby, it was DISGUSTING!!!!!!!   

Everything seems to point to the MLS providing a structured market place for buyers and sellers to connect and engage in business.

Also, what type of structure/terms are you looking for during the refi at the 4-year mark if you plan to hold on to it for while?

Question for anyone who's used Amica to write policy's on more than one property.Our current setup, has unique policys on each SFH.I'm toying with moving to one main policy from Amica, with each SFH as a extended policy on it.Cost savings, is over $800 per property if I go the Amica route.However they only cover structure on these policy's.Here in Florida, having gone thru last year.
