That being said house hacking is still an incredible tool and just because you don’t cover the full 100% / can’t quite cash flow positive you are still mitigating the vast majority of your families biggest expense while getting into an awesome business, building equity, having a shot at appreciation etc!

I believe COVID-19 with have the same impact as the 2008 recession in a few years (lets say 24 months).In my opinion this is a good time to create a LLC so in two years its aged which is a good criteria for business lending (two years of creation).

It would be awesome if we could just go ahead and jump into a househack when we move there (as that's what our long term goal is), but there are some things about my job situation that make it uncertain.

If you can provide assessments or comps then awesome.
