I know how wholesaling works but I have never done it myself so I can't be much of assistance there, however I do know many of them and it is just like sales you have to jump in and do it 100% no excuses and don't be afraid to fail because that is how you will get better.Once you get some capital and want to start investing hit me up, I am an investor friendly agent in the area and I would love to help with anything I can.I also highly recommend coming to ACRE and REIA meetings, it is a great way to learn and network and I will probably see you there.Good Luck!
