Well he doesn't know what he is claiming, he just knows he likes living in a SHED.So by your way of thinking, anytime someone buys a property with anything in it besides old nasty carpets and torn up blinds, the new owner now must hold onto any and all property and store it for XYZ days, but only after having sent a duly sworn and certified letter to the last known address of some mystery person.

If you do things that cause bank employees to spend time addressing petty delaying tactics, they just caused a financial loss to the lender as those employees do get paid.

(although we learned a lot in the process)Not taking a time off work to help my wife get the rental ready the day the tenant moved out.Not addressing tenant issues head-on but looking the other way.Not installing a water detector alarm to a known common problem.Including details of tenant responsibilities without an upfront process detailing what happens if they are not followed.Not getting involved with BP and REIA until late this year.(2014 will be much better!)
