You can call the city planners and code enforcement office in each city and ask what are the current regulations.I can tell you they are watching Anaheim like a hawk to see if they go through with their threats to go after Airbnb owners with a pitchfork next year when the new law is enforced.

There are websites where you can search your laws, usually it is all in the penal code (CA website is http://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/showCodesTextSearchResults.xhtml a good search term is “find (your state) code”).

My firm is in the testing phase of a new SAAS platform for investors in residential, land and commercial properties.The software scours properties on the market and off the market by zip code and based on specific criteria it will alert users with the address, mortgage info and full contact info including email addresses for onsite and absentee owners.Would anyone use this?
