Could you share more information, such as , did you buy it close to where you live, what softwares are you using to automate, are you self managing or have a PM in place for maintenance and bookings and also communicating with guests?

i found this project in boca chica which is only 30 minutes from the capital 5 minutes to the beach but, ce to realize that boca chica is not a place most people would go to

I moved here from Florida after seeing the projected growth.

However, I have no experience in this and would not know how much rent is projected for this setup.Option 3Sell and redeploy capital somewhere better.Appreciate any feedback on this situation.
