Policing all tenants in a court to pay their taxes on time and as due would be a full time job.

OK, I guess I'm the self appointed cop on the block, which is probably not a good thing either, but it is up to all the members to police bad information.

Between the hassle of the local unrest, the homelessness, the drug issues, the mentally ill in the streets, the oppressive ordinances, high cost of living, and police protection being called into question, I would advice commuting into Seattle and living in one of the satellite communities.

Call the local police station and ask them if they get called out to that location.

The 2nd grade sang us a song, another class read us something, the FFA read us their creed, the local Police Chief gave us a special coin for partnering with the community and then there was the gift baskets and 100's of Thank You cards from the different classes for the donation of the land.  

Tell them they are cracked and you are charging tenant for the screen repair and be done with it end of discussion they work for YOU>Side note if tenant had a break in and screen was damaged and police report was made ,, then that's usually owners responsibility to repair.

Just ONE street over (the end of the block) starts a whole new area where crime is still an issue, police walk the streets 24/7, the homeless are seen sleeping at every corner, etc.

Also many misbudget things like police details (no flagmen in boston) if they need street or sidewalk shutdowns etc.
