I was wondering if when I'm going thro browsing platforms like Redfin and looking at sale history do off market transactions show up there?

@Erik Johnson Most likely asking for group investments per country here on the BP platform & ask for references/track record (very important).In Spain we would be able to help you further as we have been doing multiple of these types of investments

Just wondering about any platforms commonly used in the area.

         I wanted to share to the community how appreciative I am to have a platform that supports drive and ambition to total strangers when it comes to obtaining their real estate goals.

This is a really great platform to connect with other investors, investor-friendly realtors and everything else!

Are you following local investors in the area on social media platforms?
