Typically the LLC owns the property and what you are calling the GP is the manager of the LLC.For Schedule of Real Estate Owned (SREO) wherever I'm the syndicator, guarantor or deals where I'm a passive investor are all on the list.

Here are a few highlights:- I wasn't getting enough leads through FF, but as soon as I decided to get it and updated my listing to include washer/dryer, I got more leads (not a ton still)- 2-adult with a pet were interested in the unit but decided not to pursue after learning that it was a washer/dryer combo.

According to AirDNA, the most profitable niches in STR in 2024 will be luxury and eco so building a realistic plan towards a luxury listing seems very wise.
