I have a lead through someone I know of a group of retired professionals with money to lend, although they, nor myself, have any formal idea of what to do.Can you good folks share how you've set up promissory notes, or shares in an LLC, interest rates, terms, etc. on how you've set up deals like this? 

Even though it was for my LLC I had to submit the LLC's information and my personal financial information.

If you are buying it together you may want to form an LLC to own it but still have a mortgage with your name as a lien

Hi, A friend and I are going to start a real estate flipping LLC, he's done 100s and owns a larger GC compan, I'm newer to it.

I heard Matt Hum of Hum&Co LLC is great with interior work but may be slow, but affordable; have not used him yet. 

I used Incfile.com to file my LLC. 

@Bjorn Ahlblad I’m thinking of asking about seller financing for now in my own name and then later transferring ownership to my LLC.
