Hi @Brionne Johnson its not the company you used to work for that controls whether or not you can take a loan its the 401K plan policies.

You will have no control, make no decisions and learn nothing about real estate.  

All in all, a step in the right direction to getting inflation under control!

That only really works when you have a bigger property, more negotiating power, and some level of control of the lines in and out of the building.These things are fairly marginal, though.

So allowing it, you can control what pet and collect rent on it.

If they sub everything out they have less control over the projects.   

The market controls you, not the other way around...
