This property posed all kinds of problems as a rehab anyway with a horrible floorplan and odd construction.

Two companies, Stancell Construction (guy showed up in a Porsche) and Litespeed Construction, both gave us quotes over $6,000.

@Ryland Taniguchi  its just like here in Portalnd were deals are dog toughI can make the statement I don't know what your talking about I have 30 homes under construction right now in the Portland market another 60 lots in the pipe line and just tied up another 150 lots I want to flip to Horton or lennar.. but can the average person do this..

I found a vacant lot and I am trying to find out how much it would cost to build a four Plex , all new construction in California ,Chico.

Around the same time I quit my job as a Project Manager for a residential construction company.  

Thanks in advance for any opinions on this deal: Single fam home in Kansas City, MO (outer residential neighborhood). 3 bed/2 bath, 1960s construction but recently rehabbed as a turnkey property. 105K, rents for 1150/month.  

I bought a hud home at a great price well below estimated value so I am a proud home owner living in a construction site that's slowly becoming a very nice house.
