As a Real Estate agent in the Columbus, Ohio area I already feel this way and see it happen for clients every week.

It's both a college town and a bedroom community for Columbus, so it has both renters and buyers.

I am in the Columbus, GA area and would like to focus on multi-units, sf homes and mobile homes...

If you send out mass emails or post things on (pick your favorite website) with full property details, you'll get really familiar with the Division of Real Estate and not in a good way.There are ways to advertise without running afoul of the folks in Columbus, some of which have been shared on BP in the past.  

Not that I'm trying to pick on Columbus, or conservative areas, just making a general point.

There are a LOT of them in Columbus, Ohio that are under $20k!  

I've been reading a lot about Raleigh, Columbus, and Milwaukee.

I'm not too worried in a place like Indianapolis or Columbus.

In fact, I will need to pay my broker $500 to purchase it.I obtained my license to learn more about the industry and provide value to investors looking for property in Columbus, Ohio.
