Please advise on best route. - After purchasing a home for what I feel was to much I am trying to determine the best route.

I am reposting this questions usually I get a answer within just a few short hours.

Just based on this number I would tell you it is a terrible market and Jason is completely inaccurate. cape and lehigh are poster child for massive subdivision built in the 50s 60s that market has been a yo yo ever since.. lot prices go down to 10k in lehigh when things are like now and then shoot up to 40 to 60k when you have a building boom like 3 years ago with outside sales influences. 

I look forward to learning as I go, but I'd also love to hear your advice and common mistakes to avoid.

We would only plan to manage our own properties.Would there be any tax advantages, or any other benefits, to starting our own property management company?

There is a lot to learn regarding this Cincinnati market.

I am planning on using it to buy multiple properties in AL, TX or OH and wanting to use the BRRRR strategy on these homes.  

How much more contingency do you have to work withI do not know the local market, but what are the comparable with the STR market to this place.
