I would be selling the park owned mobiles to tenants to get out from under the maintenance and repairs...but I can't sell the house...but I don't really want to deal with a renter in the house and owners in the mobiles.Should I just steer clear of this one?

We have narrowed it down to two we like.The first home is 1252 sqft, it has a double car garage and has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and is a single storyThe second home is 1642 sqft and is 3 bed 2.5 bath, single car garage, and it is a 2 storyWe will own the lot free and clear after the partition, and the first home is going to cost about 125k to build, turn key.

I own this thing free and clear, and my property taxes & utilities are always paid current.What if I decided to:a) Stop paying my HOA fees and never pay them againb) Fall out of compliance with the HOA restrictions in some other way (stop mowing the lawn, let my house fall apart, some other obnoxious violation).What kind of consequences would I have to deal with from the HOA?
