It has the brick but no walls on the inside and basically no interior except flooring and space.

Ended up loosing the entire wall where the fireplace was.

With time, the wall will either continue to settle, or expand and contract with the seasons and the crack will reappear.

You can't tell if it is behind the walls by looking at the outside.

The only major expense that I am aware of is that the fake concrete "stone" facade is pulling away from the brick wall at the front of the house.
