Apple has its North American operations HQd here now, Oracle just made a major relocation announcement as well as others.  

A recent article from Realtor.com lists the cities where Americans are moving.

Fort Hood is the largest American military base IN THE WORLD by population, and the 2nd largest by size (White Sands is bigger).

American society shows patterns of increasing income differentiation so [unless you forecast a proleterian revolution], the growth of an A market will beat that of B and C neighborhoods.

They will probably be a better tenant than some American kids - if they have the money for the security deposit and the rent - I would think you would be good to rent to them. 

My wife and I along with our 5 children have been living the American Dream.

& give it minute to wiggle on the line .... and maybe go add some special touches to the outside ... pressure wash the roof, walls & driveway, shine the windows, plant some blooming flowers, hang a springtime wreath on the door, hang an American flag on a pole to stick out on the front of the attached line of homes (if allowed), etc....Some Simple & Sweet Southern Charm makes a big difference down here .... pretty much Everywhere, in the south & even in inner city Memphis, but it's Especially Expected at $1000+/mo rental range.  

Even American cars.  

I was in court in SF Friday for a Case Management Conference and the judge said San Francisco today is about 5% African American, and that if he sees 100 potential jurors appear on a jury summons only one will be African American.
