So, if selling at full market price is the objective, and needs to be if one purchases at "only" a 10% discount ( there is no room to sell wholesale at this discount), the only option to sell at full market is to sell to a retail buyer, i.e. a homeowner, who does not need to worry about rental rates and expenses vis a vi purchase price.
