Not much velocity of capital here.So this note resulted in a positive return, definitely not as much as I thought it would be.

Many investors like that return of capital so they can redeploy it, and increase the velocity of money. 

Good for MF landlords since they are perpetual renters.CANARY IN THE COAL MINE - Money velocity (M2) is ridiculously low, I mean historically low.

It's worth the monthly subscription all on it's own.Not sure what "Cash Flow Velocity" is.

See Paul Krugman's babysitter analogy for a popular idea of how to make people spend their money by depreciating the value of it... funny thing is that they do not need to print the depreciation or expiration on the dollar when there is high inflation, most people will spend it anyways, thus increasing the velocity of money...Wise, income producing debt without too much leverage is my personal way to be prepared for this... and as stated above, when the high inflation comes, pull equity out of the property and buy.
