Electrical wise duke doesn’t charge a fee so it will just be your electrician fee to set up the home for 2 meters so if only doing a service upgrade could be $3000-$6000.

There's also regular inspections of both the living conditions and conditions of the home, and I've known some LLs in my area to fail for really stupid things (like a broken screen that the tenants must have broke), and if you fail no money until you pass.

If you've made upgrades and you put 10% down, surely you can get in to conventional and drop your PMI- that is going to save you even more on top of a lower rate.
