With the pandemic raging on, I desire to be ready for the deals that I believe will be available in 2021, I have been squirreling away money in preparation, and today I sold my dream car to help with the buying fund so that I can capitalize on future opportunities.

I had one find a hole near the roof line where squirrels could getin.  

She didn't do anything malicious to the property when she left ,  in fact she cleaned it before leaving but there were some breakages.Then we found we weren't getting interest at that rent with just the basic cleanup so we made some unplanned upgrades and the new tenant insisted on a washer/dryer before signing.
