One of the houses I'm interested in buying off the MLS has 'Entry Only Listing' in the remarks section on the MLS.Would anyone please share with me what that means?

In your MLS there will probably be some way to do a key-word search in the public remarks or agent only remarks.

The snyde remarks and borderline insults seem to stem from a general distaste of the flood of "guru" induced frenzy that has affected the marketplace in recent years. 

Generally, the banks will tell the atty to bid it up to the loan amount, many times it never gets that high so they wind up being the buyer.There are a lot of things that could be going on with BofA, they are remarkably sloppy considering how much money they handle.
