And I can't really sell at the moment because I don't have anywhere else to go.For the record, I don't want a HELOC because that's not guaranteed money if the bank decides to pull/reduce the line.Lastly, is there any truth (benefit) to having a higher mortgage payment on a rental and thus less profit to report, which equates to better tax treatment, or is it that just nonsense?

Hi @Jae Ham i don't have any experience with this but I'd been wondering if there was a market in Baltimore for short term rentals around the hospitals with people coming in for treatments.

But the rehabs are well done, we average 3 to 5 maintenance calls per year, per unit.So i believe it subject to the maintenance, rehab/condition of the asset, background check of tenant, and relationship with the tenant.I believe the tenants treatment of the house is typically a reflection of the owners care of the property.
